  • kashmiri mirch powder2 teaspoon
  • coriander powder2 teaspoon
  • garam masala1/2 teaspoon

  • cashew paste1/4 cup
  • almonds1/4 cup

  • yogurt1 cup
  • water1 cup
  • green chillies As required

Preparation

Step 1

Add oil and onion stir well. now add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2-3 minutes.

Add mined chicken, coriander leaves and mint leaves now mix well.

Add salt,coriander powder, chilli powder and garam masala , mix well. Now add boiled eggs.

Take a full chicken carved slit the chicken.

Add chilli powder and salt apply evenly now stuff the chicken with minced chicken into the cavity stuff boiled eggs and tie the chicken legs.

Take oil, cumin seeds and onion now saute, to it add salt, ginger garlic paste and saute again. Now add chilli powder, kashmiri lal mirch powder, coriander powder and garam masala, mix well.

Add tomatoes and mix. Now add cashew and almond paste add oil and mix well.

Add yoghurt mix well, add the stuffed chicken coat with the gravy add water, mix well cover and cook for 30 minutes.
