Ingredients

Serves 2
  • chicken250 grams
  • dried red chillies4 Numbers
  • garlic6 Numbers
  • ginger garlic paste1 teaspoon
  • black peppercorns10 Numbers
  • red chilli powder1/2 teaspoon
  • thyme1 tablespoon
  • olive oil3 tablespoon
  • vinegar1 1/2 tablespoon
  • salt As required

Preparation

Step 1

Grind dried red chillies, garlic cloves, ginger garlic paste, peppercorns, chilli powder, fresh thyme sprigs, olive oil, vinegar and salt into a smooth paste.

Pour the marinade over the chicken pieces and coat it well. Let it rest for 30 minutes.

Line a baking tray with foil paper and place the marinated chicken pieces on it. Pour some of the remaining marinade on them.

Bake at 180 C for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven.
