  • Oil As required

  • Black Pepper As required

  • Refined flour1 tablespoon
  • Milk1 1/4 cup
  • Cheddar cheese2 1/2 cup
  • Chicken Sausage3 pieces
  • Beer2 cup
  • Pasta1 cup

Preparation

Step 1

Add some butter into the pan. Add a little bit of oil, to prevent the butter from burning. Add some chopped garlic and some chopped onions. Add some chopped chicken sausages into the pan. Sprinkle some salt and pepper and some chilli flakes over it.

Add butter into the pan. Add some flour into the pan. Cook it on low flame with the butter and keep moving it. Pour some milk into the pan and whisk well to avoid lumps. The sauce is ready.

Add the cooked sausages into the sauce pan. Mix it well with the sauce and let it cook on low flame. Now add beer into the pan. Whisk it. Let it cook for a while.

Now add some boiled pasta into the pan. Mix it. Now add the grated cheddar cheese into the pan. Mix it and cook it till the cheese melts. Sprinkle some chilli flakes and some pepper powder over it. Plate this irresistible beer mac n cheese and enjoy your weekend.
