A popular North Indian dish, besan ladoo are power house of energy. Made of besan, ghee and dry fruits these sweet balls are the ideal festival pick. Besan ladoo have long shelf life and hence can be enjoyed any time of the season.
Heat ghee in a pan over low flame. Once the ghee has melted, add gram flour in it and roast it for 10 to 20 minutes.
See VideoOnce the gram flour turns light brown in colour, add in the cardamom powder, and almonds. Mix all the ingredients well and remove from the flame.
