  • greek yogurt1 cup
  • olive oil1/3 cup
  • vinegar2 teaspoon
  • garlic1 teaspoon
  • green chilles1 teaspoon
  • parsley3 tablespoon
  • onion6 grams
  • salt As required
  • rice1 cup
  • butter2 tablespoon
  • oil1 teaspoon
  • garlic1 tablespoon
  • mixed herbs6 grams
  • chilli flakes1 teaspoon
  • parsley1 teaspoon
  • tomato ketchup3 tablespoon
  • red chilli sauce1 tablespoon
  • salt As required
  • oil1 tablespoon
  • chickpea1/2 cup
  • paneer1/2 cup
  • mixed herbs6 grams
  • red chilli powder1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper powder1/2 teaspoon
  • salt As required
  • yellow bell pepper1/4 cup
  • red bell pepper1/4 cup
  • green bell peppers1/4 cup
  • carrot1/4 cup
  • red cabbage1/4 cup
  • lettuce leaves1 cup

Preparation

Step 1

Grind all the ingredients for the dressing. Yoghurt, olive oil, vinegar, garlic, green chillies, parsley, onion and salt.

In a separate bowl, mix spices, paneer and chickpeas. Bake these in a preheated oven at 180 C degrees for 12-15 minutes.

To make herbed garlic rice, heat some oil and butter in a pan. Add garlic and parsley. Sauté.

Add the sauces and spices to the pan, mix well. Now add rice and mix again.

To assemble, place rice in the center of a bowl. Arrange the chopped lettuce on the sides.
