Ingredients

Serves 4
  • chicken500 grams
  • yogurt1 litre
  • garam masala4 teaspoon
  • deggi mirch powder1 teaspoon
  • red chilli powder1 teaspoon
  • ginger garlic paste2 tablespoon
  • green chilles1 teaspoon
  • coriander powder1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder1 teaspoon
  • kasoori methi3 teaspoon
  • french beans1 cup
  • garam masala2 teaspoon
  • salt As required

Preparation

Step 1

Add some fresh and clean chicken into the cooking pot. Pour dahi (curd) in it. Add some garam masala into it.

Add some deggi mirch, red chilli powder and ginger garlic paste to the yoghurt and chicken.

Now add some green chilli paste for extra spice. Add some salt to taste.

Add some coriander powder and turmeric powder. At last sprinkle kasoori methi onto the chicken.

Mix the entire mixture in the pot using clean hands. Mix well- until all the flavours have blended with each other. Cover the pot and let it marinate for 30 minutes.

After the marination is done, let the pot cook on medium flame. When the gravy boils, give it a stir. Make sure that the chicken is cooked well.

Add some green beans that are cooked in boiling water for 2 mins. Sprinkle some coriander leaves over the gravy. Now add the other half of the garam masala.
