An iconic Gujrati dish, Dhokla is a steamed snack that includes besan as the main ingredient along with some spices, majorly mustard seeds. Dhokla chaat is a quick meal and a fusion recipe. it’s a combination of different chutneys, chopped coriander, onions, with sev and pomegranate seeds used for garnishing. It’s a very quick snack time idea from leftover dhoklas.
Add the onions, green chillies, followed by spices - salt, black salt, red chilli powder, chat masala and amchur. Mix well. Top it with nylon sev, coriander leaves & pomegranate seeds.
