  • besan2 1/2 tablespoon
  • green chilles2 teaspoon
  • garlic2 teaspoon
  • ginger1 teaspoon
  • salt As required

  • black peppercorns1/4 teaspoon
  • oil1 tablespoon
  • curry leaves8 Numbers
  • dried red chillies1 Numbers
  • garlic1 teaspoon
  • ginger1 teaspoon

  • garam masala1/2 teaspoon
  • red chilli powder1/2 teaspoon
  • ketchup3 tablespoon

Preparation

Step 1

Chop the boiled eggs into quarters.

Add chilli powder, besan, chopped green chillies, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, salt and crushed black pepper. Mix well.

Roll the egg mixture into balls and fry them in hot oil until crisp and golden brown.

To make the masala, heat some oil in a wok and add curry leaves, Kashmiri chilli, ginger, garlic, garam masala and chilly. Fry for 2 minutes.

Now add the fried egg pakoras and toss them well in the masala.
