  • dosa batter As required
  • garlic bread seasoning As required
  • chilli flakes As required
  • tomato ketchup1 teaspoon
  • cheese As required
  • red bell pepper As required
  • green capsicum As required
  • yellow bell pepper As required

Preparation

Step 1

Heat a dosa pan.

Once the pan is hot, spread the dosa batter with the ladle in a circular motion

As the dosa starts to take its form a little, spread pizza sauce on it

Sprinkle grated cheese all over and add yellow bell peppers, red bell peppers and green bell peppers.

Now sprinkle Italian seasoning and chilli flakes all over.
