  • paneer1 1/2 Numbers
  • spring onions1 tablespoon
  • onion30 grams
  • ginger2 teaspoon
  • green chilli1 Numbers
  • coriander leaves1 tablespoon
  • salt As required
  • black pepper1/2 teaspoon
  • chilli garlic sauce1/4 cup
  • refined flour1 1/2 cup
  • salt1 teaspoon
  • baking powder1 teaspoon
  • water1/2 cup
  • coriander leaves As required
  • chilli oil As required

Preparation

Step 1

Take all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well, add the seasonings and keep aside.

Take refined flour on your work surface, add salt, baking powder, water and knead for 5-10 minutes the dough needs to be smooth but firm dough. Rest the dough for 20 minutes covered.

Roll out the dough into a thin sheet and cut it into 3 circles.

Place them next to each other now add the filling across it. fold it into half and roll like a pinwheel, creating the rose shape.
