We often make different kinds of pastas but did you know that it tastes equally good as a salad too? Yes, you read that right! This pasta salad is quick, healthy & incredibly delicious way to start your day. You can even make this salad for brunch and can enjoy it a little later in the day too.


Ingredients

  • pasta100 grams
  • salt As required
  • broccoli As required
  • red bell pepper1 Numbers
  • corn kernel1 cup
  • green grapes8 Numbers
  • roasted peanuts3/4 cup
  • tomato1 Numbers
  • yellow bell pepper1 Numbers
  • onion1 grams
  • garlic4 cloves
  • lemon juice1 tablespoon
  • olive oil3 tablespoon
  • black pepper As required
  • olive4 grams
  • extra virgin olive oil3 tablespoon

Preparation

Step 1

Add the pasta in boiling water and wait for it to cook.

Strain the pasta in a calendar, strain the hot water and pour in some cool water over the pasta.

Put some pasta in a bowl and add some broccoli, juicy red bell peppers and corn kernels to the same bowl.

Add some grapes, sliced olives, broccoli stems, roasted salted peanuts, tomatoes and yellow bell peppers to the mix.

Add some onions and sliced garlic cloves to the mushrooms, stir lightly and cook. Wait for the mushrooms to cool.

Take a jar, squeeze some fresh lemon juice and its 3 times the oil in that jar.

The dressing is ready, add it to the pasta salad and mix well. Serve and enjoy.
