Poha is a popular and traditional Indian breakfast recipe made with beaten rice. It is a simple and healthy breakfast idea. Poha can be made within minutes. It is generally served as a whole but tastes better when topped with peanuts, namkeen sev, Pomegranates and chopped onions. Poha is an ideal breakfast idea for any season, served best with hot cup of tea.
Wash the poha 1-2 times gently with your fingers under running water. Drain the excess water through a strainer. Sprinkle salt and sugar over it, mix/toss well and keep aside.
