It is a North Indian favourite and eaten mostly with chapattis or parathas. It is a lip smacking dish that is available at all places from restaurants and street side stalls. The recipe is quick and easy and definitely a people pleaser.


Ingredients

Serves 2
  • water2 cup
  • soya chunks1 cup
  • oil2 tablespoon
  • cumin seeds1 teaspoon
  • onion1 Numbers
  • green chilli1 Numbers
  • tomato puree1 cup
  • turmeric powder1 teaspoon
  • garam masala1 teaspoon
  • salt As required

Preparation

Step 1

Take a pan and boil 2 cups water

Drain out the water.

In a separate pan add 2 tbsp oil

Now add tomato puree and let it cook for 5 minutes

Add garam masala and turmeric powder to the gravy. Cook for 15 minutes
